Technique of use of Fiberglass posts

STEP 1
Select the post

STEP 2
Remove 2/3 of the root canal filling with heated instruments

ETAPA 3
Prepare the canal (drill);
Take a periapical x-ray to check the preparation

STEP 4
Position the post in the canal to check its adaptation and complete insertion

STEP 5
Cut the post to the desired height

STEP 6
Wash the canal with water jets;
Dry with air and absorbent paper points

STEP 7
Condition the canal with 37% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds

STEP 8
Apply primer/adhesive according to manufacturer's instructions; Wait for drying for 1 minute

STEP 9
Clean the post with alcohol;
Dry with the air from the triple syringe

STEP 10
Apply the silane; Wait for drying for 1 minute

STEP 11
Apply the adhesive according to the instructions for use of the cement

STEP 12
Apply the cement in the post and in the canal; Take into position and finish according to the instructions for use of the cement

STEP 13
Make the filling core; Complete with director indirect restoration
